my website. Not too long ago I started my journey looking for a way to
make money from home. Along
the way I have found success but more importantly I developed a passion
to help others achieve the same success. You may be asking who
am I and how can I help you? Let
me start by telling you a little bit about myself. I live in the north
central part of the USA in the state of Minnesota also known as The Land
of 10,000 Lakes. We have four fabulous seasons each year which range from sub
zero temperatures to hot and humid and a bit of everything in between.
I am an avid sports enthusiast enjoying all the professional
sports that these different seasons provide - Professional Basketball,
Baseball, Football and Hockey. I also have a passion
for “mans best friend” those furry 4-legged animals also known as
dogs. I am active with and
supportive of our local Animal Humane Society.
Other hobbies include interior decorating, gardening, reading and
spending time with family. I have over 30 years of
marketing and customer service experience in the Personal Insurance
industry. I own degrees
from the Insurance Institute of America and an Associate Degree in
Marketing. I made a decision a few
years ago that I wanted to become financially independent and the rest,

business is about building relationships and trust with people. I have five business
philosophies that guide my daily activities: 1) People should not try to make money on something they do not believe in. 2) A strong, secure business model takes advantage of leverage and duplication. 3) Once a business is up and running it should generate a passive, residual income with minimal effort from the owner. 4) Since people are the most important resource in any business, who you work with is vital to your success. 5)
We have a responsibility to earn more than we need so that we can
help those who can’t earn what they need. My goal is to help as
many people as I can achieve financial independence through leadership
training, the use of tested and successful business principles and the
utilization of the art of duplication. Your success is dependent on
partnering with a successful mentor. There is a statistic that is bantered around the Internet that 95% of online marketers are failing. Everyone trying to recruit you claims to be one of the 5% that is successful. Some of them may be telling you the truth, but this is the absolute truth: everyone who is successful works hard. There is no Easy Button! The beginning work must
be done within you. You
must believe in yourself, your product and your team.
If there is an easy button, that is it.
Once you learn to do your work in a “certain way”, it becomes
effortless. Owning a
business takes drive, dedication and commitment. When people understand this and take flight on their own, I
am filled with the satisfaction that comes with victory and the
accompanying rewards. My business focus is on
